About Our Services
We are a licensed California Safety Inspection Center that specializes in fast, reliable, and mobile auto glass solutions. We come to you- home, work, or roadside for:
- Full Windshield Replacement
- Windshield Repair (chips & cracks)
- Side & Back Window Replacement
- Power Window Repair
- Sunroof Replacement
All services are performed by skilled technicians using high-quality materials to ensure your safety on the road.
Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments are available on the same day, based on technician availability.
- You’ll provide your vehicle year, make, model, and location so we can prepare the proper glass and tools.
- We’ll confirm your appointment by phone or email.
- Please be at the agreed location at the scheduled time. If you’re running late, call us at 916-993-0184.
We reserve the right to reschedule if weather, safety, or vehicle conditions prevent us from providing safe service.
Payment & Pricing
- We offer transparent, upfront pricing—no hidden fees.
- Payment is due at the time of service, unless the service is covered by insurance.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance billing (you’re responsible for any deductible).
- Quotes are estimates and may change if additional damage is found during inspection.
We do not guarantee approval of third-party insurance. You are responsible for verifying coverage with your provider.
Insurance Claims
If you’re using insurance:
- Please provide your claim number and adjuster’s contact information.
- We’ll work directly with your insurer to process billing.
- You must authorize all repairs before we begin.
- You remain responsible for your deductible and any costs not covered by insurance.
We are not liable for delays or denials from your insurance company.
Warranties
We stand behind our work:
- Windshield repairs are guaranteed against spreading for the life of the vehicle.
- Glass replacements include a 90-day warranty on workmanship (leaks, improper fit).
- Manufacturer warranties on glass parts may also apply.

Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
- Ensure your vehicle is accessible and parked safely.
- Remove personal items from the door panels or dash if necessary for service.
- Not hold you liable for pre-existing damage unrelated to our service.
We are not responsible for damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or extreme weather after service is complete.
Privacy
We protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We only use your data to serve you—never for ads or third-party sales.
